1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "j9ya 9", "platform", "we", or "our" refers to j9ya 9 and the services it owns. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform who has created an account and is using the services.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Popular Bangladeshi mobile wallets can be used for deposits on j9ya 9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). No deposits below this amount are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

4.3 Account Verification

Account verification may need to be completed before making a withdrawal request. A national ID card or equivalent document must be submitted for verification. The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete.

4.4 Accuracy Responsibility

The mobile wallet number provided must be correct and belong to the user. Responsibility for recovering funds sent to a wrong number lies with the user. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold for review.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at j9ya 9, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200; and before withdrawing the bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within a set time limit to receive the bonus, otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus from multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address, both accounts will be cancelled.
• j9ya 9 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• If bonus misuse is proven, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players are automatically promoted to VIP tiers. There are four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on that week's net loss. Example: a Gold tier member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

Participation in all games and betting services on j9ya 9 is at the user's own risk. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting. If a game or betting round is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final. If a match or event is cancelled, that bet will be considered void and the funds will be returned. For suspended matches, the platform's decision is final.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are conducted in real time. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, the result of that round will be determined according to the server's data. 6.4 Multi Bet

Multiple selections can be combined into a multi bet. If one selection in a multi bet loses, the entire bet is lost. The combined odds of a multi bet are determined by multiplying the odds of each selection.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j9ya 9 platform:

• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of another person.
• Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial methods.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Attempting to access or modify the platform's code without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Using funds from illegal sources in transactions.
• Betting or gaming on behalf of a minor.
• Any form of financial fraud.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all deposits and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

j9ya 9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If there is suspicion that registration was completed with false or incomplete information.
• If unusual or suspicious transaction activity is observed.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For inactive accounts (no login or transaction for an extended period).

8.2 User Rights
